Appointments and Cancellations Policy

Booking Deposit

A $25 refundable deposit is required for all bookings and will be returned after your appointment is complete.

Arrival

Please Be courteous of your stylist's time and energy. There will be a grace period of 15 mins after your scheduled arrival time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will not be refunded their deposit.

No extra guests allowed. You are allowed snacks or other entertainment such as a phone or tablet as long it does not interfere with your stylist's ability to work.

Cancellations

You must cancel your appointment at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance. All cancellations will be subject to a $5 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) in advance, will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.

Rescheduling

If you plan to reschedule, you must do so within the same month of your previous booking. If you plan to reschedule for a future time further than a month please contact us to confirm availability. Your deposit will be used for that future booking.

Please DO NOT book far in advance and forget your bookings. No call-no shows will not be refunded their deposits. See the no-show policy below.
